Postulation Problems for Vector Bundles

Abstract

We treat the general problem of studying the postulation of a subscheme of a projective variety with respect to a vector bundle of rank r, and we recall some results already stated for particular varieties and bundles, rewriting them in a general set-up. We also give an example of the use of these tecniques proving that a generic union of 2-jets in $\mathbb P^2$ has the expected resolution.
