What is an Event in the Poetry of Alexander Vvedensky?

Abstract
The article considers the representation
of the event in the oeuvre of
Alexander Vvedensky. Starting from
the judgment of the event given by
Yakov Druskin, the philosopher close
to the poet, we follow the connection in
Vvedensky poetry between, on the one
hand, the event, something that happened
(the case), the world, and on the
other, time, the moment, memory. The
poet’s thoughts about infinitesimally
small units of space and time, and the
inextricability of our existence from
those, lead to a logical paradox about
life as a moment in comparison to the
moment. The subject of this article is
Vvedensky’s inquiry into the event as
the moment of poetic existence.
В данной статье мы рассматриваем
репрезентации события в творчестве
обэриута Александра Введенского.
Исходя из рассуждений близкого
поэту философа Якова Друскина о
случае, мы проследили у Введенско-
го связь между событием, случив-
шимся (случаем), миром, с одной
стороны, и временем, мгновением,
памятью, с другой. Размышления по-
эта о бесконечно малых величинах
времени и пространства, и неот-
рывно связанного с ними собствен-
ного бытия, привели к логическим
парадоксам о жизни как мгновении
в сравнении с мгновением. Исследо-
вание события как мгновения поэти-
ческого бытия Введенского является
предметом статьи.
