Abstract
The volume analyzes the evolution of shared mobility in Italy, describing its characteristics, business models, challenges, and future prospects.
Adopting a qualitative and informative approach, the research combines secondary sources with interviews conducted with managers of active operators in the sector. The study covers car sharing, bike sharing, scooter sharing, and moped sharing, highlighting territorial differences and variations among operators. This work is aimed at professionals, public administrators, and scholars, offering an up-to-date and concrete overview of a rapidly evolving sector, with a focus on the role of technology and public policies.
Il volume analizza l’evoluzione della mobilità condivisa in Italia, descrivendone caratteristiche, modelli di business, sfide e prospettive future. Adottando un approccio qualitativo e divulgativo, la ricerca combina fonti secondarie e interviste a manager di operatori attivi nel settore. L’indagine copre car sharing, bike sharing, monopattini e scooter in sharing, evidenziando le differenze territoriali e tra operatori. Il lavoro si rivolge a tecnici, amministratori e studiosi, offrendo un quadro aggiornato e concreto di un settore in rapida trasformazione, con un focus sul ruolo della tecnologia e delle politiche pubbliche.
