Traduttori ed interpreti a confronto: approccio alla traduzione, analisi e valutazione

Abstract
Lo studio ha inteso verificare se l’approccio alla traduzione scritta di interpreti e traduttori manifesti delle divergenze in seguito ad una formazione diversificata. Per far questo è stato analizzato un corpus di 26 traduzioni di un testo monologico francese, prendendo in esame alcuni aspetti morfosintattici sia a livello della microstruttura, cioè della frase, che della macrostruttura, ossia del testo. L’analisi dei testi tradotti ha seguito una prospettiva intralinguistica, osservando le scelte compiute a livello della lingua di arrivo, l’italiano, ma al contempo una prospettiva interlinguistica per valutare la qualità delle scelte traduttive. Dai risultati sono emerse differenze interessanti sia per quanto riguarda la strutturazione sintattica delle frasi e del testo, sia per le scelte traduttive operate nonché per gli errori di traduzione riscontrati nei due gruppi. The study sought to verify whether or not the approach to written translation taken by interpreters and translators showed differences as a result of a diversified training. To do so, we used a corpus of 26 translations of a French monologic text, examining morphosyntactic aspects on a microstructural level, i.e. the sentence, and on a macrostructural level, i.e. the text. The analysis of the translated texts took an intralinguistic perspective, observing the choices made in the target language, Italian, but at the same time an interlinguistic perspective in assessing the quality of translation choices. The results showed interesting differences both as regards the syntactic structuring of the sentences and the text itself, and for the translation choices made and errors detected in the two groups
