Abstract
Starting from the assumption that spatial justice is an es¬sential aspect to consider in any reflection on the theme of radical equality, the essay examines the relationship between older people and urban space, focusing on the two prevailing approaches to “managing” this condition of vulnerability: segregation on one hand and access to urban space on the other.
Partendo dall’assunto secondo il quale la giustizia spaziale è un aspetto di cui è necessario tenere conto in ogni rifles¬sione che si interroghi sul tema dell’eguaglianza in termini radicali, il saggio prende in considerazione la relazione tra anziani e spazio urbano soffermandosi su due tendenze di “gestione” di questa condizione di vulnerabilità: segregazio¬ne da un lato, e accesso allo spazio urbano dall’altro.
