L’individuazione nel territorio di punti geografici notevoli

Abstract
Didactic activities are proposed to single out remarkable geographic points in the open field. Related demonstrations are here presented: they allow the calculation of length of horizon and visibility of high points from a look-out post. Students are involved in practical activities and asked to use maps and compasses to find important geographic elements of a view, and subsequently to control them. Finally, remarks are made on the problem of the identification of very far points.
