THE PILOT PRODUCTION OF DIGITAL REGIONAL TECHNICAL CARTOGRAPHY (CTRN) OF PIEMONTE REGION ACCORDING TO THE IntesaGIS STANDARDS

Abstract
Nel contesto delle attività promosse e finanziate dall'intesaGIS, la Regione Piemonte ha attuato un programma relativo alla produzione pilota di un DB topografico su una consistente porzione di territorio appartenente al Piemonte Orientale – province di Vercelli, Alessandria e Novara – condotta adottando integralmente le specifiche approvate e disponibili sul sito dell'intesa. La produzione è tuttora in corso, e quanto prima verranno fornite le indicazioni risultanti. Nella produzione in oggetto, parallelamente alla realizzazione del DB topografico, sono state previste delle procedure, non presenti nei Capitolati Intesa, che normano l'acquisizione dei punti necessari alla determinazione dei parametri di trasformazione tra i sistemi d'asse catastale e il sistema UTM/WGS84 adottato per la presente produzione.
In the context of the activities promoted and financed from the IntesaGIS, the Piemonte Region has started a program aimed to the test production of a topographical DB on a consisting portion of the region - province of Vercelli, Alessandria and Novara – integrally adopting the detailed lists approved and available on the IntesaGIS website. The production is still in course, and soon will be supplied the preliminary results. In the production, contemporary with the realization of the topographical DB, will be tested some procedures, not present in IntesaGIS chapters, than rules the acquisition of the points necessary to the determination of the transformation parameters between the cadastral and UTM/WGS84 Systems adopted for the present project.
