Abstract
Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird der
slowenisch-deutscher Sprachkontakt
in einem größeren Rahmen der
slawisch-germanischen Sprachkontakte
eingeordnet und werden die
semantischen Felder der deutschen
Lehnwörter im Slowenischen erörtert.
Aufgrund der phonetischen Eigenschaften
der deutschen Lehnwörter
im Slowenischen werden der Geolekt,
d. h. die geographische Varietät, der
Soziolekt, d. h. die gesellschaftliche
Varietät, und der Chronolekt, d. h. die
zeitliche Varietät, aus dem das jeweilige
Lexem entlehnt wurde, ebenso wie
das semantische Feld, dem das Lexem
angehört, festgestellt. Die phonetische
und semantische Analyse der deutschen
Lehnwörter im Slowenischen
bildet die Grundlage zur Feststellung
der Kulturbereiche, in welchen die
deutsche Kultur zu verschiedenen Zeiten
ihren Einfluss auf das Slowenische ausgeübt hat.
In the article the semantic fields of German loan-words in Slovenian are discussed. The Slovenian-German language contact is put into a broader context of Slavic-Germanic language contacts. On the basis of the phonological characteristics of German loan-words in Slovenian the relevant geolect (i.e. the geographic variant), the sociolect (i.e. the social variant) as well as the chronolect (i.e. the temporal variant) of the German source is determined. Both phonological and semantic analyses of German loanwords in Slovenian help to expose the spheres of human culture in which the German culture exerted its influence on the Slovenian culture throughout the different historical periods.
