Abstract
The twelfth edition of the Arpino’s Summer School on the theme of Artificial Intelligence, law and politics involved speakers and fellows who addressed the interdisciplinary issues that arose due to the recent diffusion of artificial intelligence systems. Among various aspects, speakers focused on the definition of AI, on the possible beneficial uses and risks, on the hypothesis of an ethics of technology and on the use of AI in the field of law.
La dodicesima edizione della Scuola Estiva Arpinate sul tema dell’Intelligenza Artificiale, il diritto e la politica ha visto coinvolti relatori e borsisti che si sono confrontati con le questioni interdisciplinari sorte in ragione della recente diffusione dei sistemi di intelligenza artificiale. Tra i vari aspetti, i relatori si sono concentrati sulla stessa definizione di IA, sui possibili usi benefici e sui rischi, sull’ipotesi di un’etica della tecnologia e sull’impiego dell’IA nell’ambito del diritto.
