L’autore analizza il rapporto tra il proclama di Simón Bolivar dell’abolizione della schiavitù in Venezuela e alcuni principi di diritto pubblico romano. El autor considera la relación entre el anuncio de la abolición de la esclavitud en Venezuela por Simón Bolivar y algunos principios del derecho publico romano.
