Abstract
The initial training of teachers is crucial to give a competent answer to the challenges posed by educational legislation concerning upper secondary schools. Teaching activities cannot be restricted to a simple transfer of knowledge, but rather have to promote, through the learning of different skills and the achievement of learning objectives, the development of a broader spectrum of student skills. Therefore, an interdisciplinary approach to all study subjects must be found in order to promote the acquisition of these skills, which are specifically important in the field of technical education to help students enter the job market, especially in the area of Scientific Technical Committees.
