Abstract: | The subject of this argumentative essay is the contraposition between citizenship rights and human rights in contemporary society. This contraposition concerns non-citizen workers who are excluded from the political life of foreign countries and, in the case of clandestines, from enjoying social rights guaranteed to regular workers. |
