Le acque termali della Valdichiana in una cartografia turistica edita dall'A.T.P.

Abstract

Utilizzando una carta stradale 1:100.000 (bianca) ed una pianta di Città 1:5.000 (volta), edita dall'A.P.T. di Chianciano Terme-Valdichiana, l'autore illustra l'articolazione del bacino termale della Valdichiana, incentrando l'attenzione sulle acque termali e loro distribuzione, localizzazione puntuale (simbologia) sulla carta, riflessi economici e fattori di attrazione turistica, evidenziazione del rapporto tra acque termali, territorio e storia.

Using a road map 1:100.000 and a City plan 1:5,000 (printed on the reverse side), published by the Local Tourism Authority the author explains the distribution of the thermal basin of the Chiana Valley pointing out the thermal waters and their distribution, springs location on the map, economic consequences and tourist attraction, drawing attention to the connection between thermal waters, region and history.
