Abstract:
The author privileges the perspective of the EU’s enlargement policy to Western Balkans countries for trying to demonstrate that the current approach is not responding to the basic need of a re-launch of this process. The Common European Asylum System and the role of the European Union in protecting the rights of asylum seekers is dealt with considering two vulnerable groups.
