Abstract
In this paper I analyze the conception of the philosophy of Law that underlies the analysis of practical conflicts proposed by Damiano Canale. In the same way, I refer to the pluralist context that characterizes contemporary constitutionalism as an appropriate field for the development of practical conflicts and for the analysis of the implications of the thesis of the separation between law and morality.
