Esercizi Filosofici is a peer-reviewed philosophical journal (ISSN: 1970-0164), published online by the Department of Humanities at the University of Trieste. Founded in 2006, it continues the series Annali del Dipartimento di Filosofia (also entitled Esercizi Filosofici), which was published in print from 1992.
The journal is published annually and is listed among the scientific journals classified in Area 11 – Historical, Philosophical, Pedagogical and Psychological Sciences.
The journal accepts submissions in Italian and English that present original theoretical or historical studies in the broad field of philosophy. It particularly welcomes phenomenological, post-phenomenological, pragmatist, and analytical approaches, as well as contributions addressing topics such as subjectivity, identity/alterity, mind, knowledge, language, and action.

Esercizi Filosofici is an open-access, non-profit journal. All articles are freely available online immediately upon publication. No publication or processing charges are required from authors. All contents are distributed under the Creative Commons license CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
