Abstract
The article, adopting a political philosophy perspective, presents a discussion of Silvia Niccolai's book Principi del diritto. Principi della convivenza. Uno studio sulle regulae iuris (2002). The paper focuses on the relationship between the constitutive principles of Law and historical transformation. It is developed, on the one hand, with respect to the moment of constitution of the Italian nation state and, on the other hand, with respect to the historical event of feminism.
